HOW IT STARTED

Would you believe EMPA[NAH]DAS started as a taco ?! Juneteenth of 2021 my younger sister decided to make a vegan jerk taco & asked me how to do it and I gave her a few tips & thus the jerk taco was born. I was nervous that it would be to spicy so I decided to make a sauce that would be sweet and balance it out & accidentally created the [OHNAH] sauce thanks to a item falling in the bowl. The taco was so good I made it for my best friend, she took one bite and instantly said PUT IT IN A EMPANADA. I immediately said NO. Next thing I knew we was on our way to the store to get dough thus creating the Jerk EMPA[NAH]DA & the rest was history.
